Baker Tom BBQ Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Baker Tom (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 00:01 on 1st May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st May 2026 (“the Competition Period”).

Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of mainland United Kingdom only.
• Excludes residents of Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and the Isles of Scilly.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
• Employees of Baker Tom, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Submit their email address via the official competition landing page
2. Select their email marketing preference (opt in or opt out)

Optional engagement via social media (such as commenting on associated posts) may be encouraged but is not a requirement for entry.

Only entries submitted via the official landing page during the Competition Period will be valid.

5. Entry Restrictions

• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Entries must be completed in full to be eligible.

6. The Prize

There are 8 prizes available. Each prize includes:

• 1 x Weber ‘Go Anywhere’ BBQ
• 1 x Baker Tom BBQ bread box
• 1 x Baker Tom chutney & relish duo kit

7. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• No cash alternative or alternative prize will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry.
• Winners will also be announced on Baker Tom’s official social media channels.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
• Marketing communications will only be sent if the entrant has explicitly opted in.

11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, network issues, or other reasons beyond its control.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
