Role: Baker
The main role of the Baker is to ensure that the bakery provides exceptional quality and delivers great bread! You need to be passionate about food production and highly motivated, with previous experience of working in a similarly fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
To bake and have the ability to accurately follow recipes – ensuring quality and food safety is always adhered to.
Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
Decorating and displaying finished products.
Be a hands-on part of the bakery production team.
Assisting with the running of the bakery when required or asked to do so.
Helping to ensure a safe environment for staff and adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
Reporting for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and any applicable protective clothing and adhering to specified grooming standards.

Role: Sales Office Administrator
The sales office administrator is responsible for providing our customers with excellent customer service. You will process orders and input them onto a sales system. This is a busy and telephone based role, which would suit an energetic, friendly person who can remain calm under pressure.
What you’ll do
Assist in the smooth running of our inbound sales desk.
Processing orders via telephone or email.
Dealing with customer complaints when they arise.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Processing website orders and arranging delivery.
Create bespoke driver routes using a logistics program (full training will be given).
