🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 Baker Tom’s soft burger buns

2 beef burger patties (approx. 150 g each)

200 g cooked pulled pork, warm

2 slices mature cheddar or burger cheese

Shredded iceberg lettuce

1 large beefsteak tomato, sliced

🔪 Method
1. Cook the beef patties

Heat a grill pan or frying pan to medium-high.

Season patties lightly with salt and pepper.

Cook 3–4 minutes per side (or to preferred doneness).

In the final minute, place cheese on top and allow to melt.
2. Warm the pulled pork

Heat gently in a small pan until hot and tender.

Add a spoon of BBQ sauce if you like it extra sticky and rich.
3. Toast the buns

Lightly toast the cut sides of the burger buns until warm and golden.
4. Build the burger

Base bun → beef patty with melted cheese → warm pulled pork → shredded iceberg → slices of beefsteak tomato → sauce (optional) → top bun.
