Classic Italian slipper bread made with a pre-ferment over eight hours, developing flavour and an open texture. Great for creating tasty sandwiches and to dunk in soups.

Freezing

Perfect for home freezing and will keep for 12 months

Thaw for 4–6 hours at an ambient temperature. Can be reheated for the freshly baked taste. 

Shelf Life

We take pride in baking our bread fresh, which may result in the bread arriving with a 'Best Before' (BBF) date that is either the day it arrives or the next day. However, there is no need to worry as this does not imply that the bread is expired. In fact, our bread will stay fresh for several days and can be used for toasting even after that.
