A new recipe, made with three flours and Baker Tom’s own sourdough starter. This long-fermented, yeast-free loaf is full of moreish, tangy flavour with a golden crust and open crumb.

Classic Sourdough


Organic White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin & Thiamin), Water*, Organic Rye Flour, Organic Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Sea Salt*, Organic Semolina




Frozen at -18°c, it will keep for 12 months

Thaw for 4–6 hours at an ambient temperature. We recommend that you bake off at 180° – 200°c for 5 minutes to enliven the crust.

Shelf Life

We take pride in baking our bread fresh, which may result in the bread arriving with a 'Best Before' (BBF) date that is either the day it arrives or the next day. However, there is no need to worry as this does not imply that the bread is expired. In fact, our bread will stay fresh for several days and can be used for toasting even after that.
