Organic White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin & Thiamin), Water*, Organic Rye Flour, Organic Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Sea Salt*, Organic Semolina

Perfect for home freezing and will keep for 12 months

Thaw for 4–6 hours at an ambient temperature. Can be reheated for the freshly baked taste.
