Freezing Instructions
Suitable for home freezing for up to 12 months.
To use, thaw at room temperature for 4–6 hours. For that fresh-baked taste, warm gently before serving.

Shelf Life
We bake our bread fresh, so your rolls may arrive with a ‘Best Before’ date of the day of delivery or the following day. This does not affect quality—our brioche rolls will remain fresh for several days and are still perfect for toasting beyond this date.
