At Baker Tom, we’re proud to say that over 50% of our bread range is baked with organic flour from Shipton Mill, Heygates and Matthews For us, it’s not a trend – it’s a commitment to better baking. We are one of the only certified organic bakery's in Cornwall with over 20 years of Soil Association certification.
